Rethinking Work/Life Integration into 2021
In 1986 in the United Kingdom, the term “work/life balance” came into being. Fast forward almost 35 years and gone are the days when work ends when one leaves the office. With technology and globalization, it’s become harder to leave work. Looking at time and energy spent at work versus at home is no longer about divvying up the pie. Instead, it is about looking for ways to integrate professional time with the personal.

Join the Women in Industry Division for a lively, deep-dive conversations centered around the increasing importance of work/life integration. When does work end and home begin? Let’s figure this out together.

What to expect:
Win Café will feature two separate discussion topics. Each topic will be introduced in rounds and attendees will be placed in randomized small breakout rooms to discuss each topic with other attendees. After the allotted breakout room time is up, attendees will gather back into the main room with the moderator to discuss their key takeaways.

Use this event to virtually network with your peers from around the globe, get answers to hard real-life questions and learn how everyone is navigating this new world.
